In June 2012, a fun get-together in Oxnard, California quickly becomes tragic after a woman enigmatically passes away in the unit below. Jesse recruits seven party goers to accompany him to the apartment in order to investigate the scene of the death. They find a creepy apartment covered with evidence of black magic rituals. Jesse suddenly notices a strange bite mark on his body which serves as a catalyst to frightening experiences with the occult.
